Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your ice cream truck rental for your party or event. We strive to be fair and transparent in our cancellation policy. Please review the following details regarding cancellations:

Cancellation Timeframe:

If you decide to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event date and time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date and time are subject to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation Charges:

For cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date and time, the customer will be responsible for paying 50% of the reservation cost.

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total reservation cost paid at the time of booking.

If the cancellation fee exceeds the amount already paid, the customer will be responsible for paying the outstanding balance within 3 days.

Refunds:

Cancellations made within the specified timeframe (48 hours prior to the event) will be eligible for a refund of the remaining reservation cost, excluding the cancellation fee.

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days using the original payment method.

Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule your event instead of canceling, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to the original event date.
